Happy Holidays!

I wanted to wish everyone a happy holiday. It’s hard to believe that 2006 is finally over and 2007 is just around the corner. 2006 has been a very busy and very interesting year for me both professionally and personally. So many things amazing things have happened this year that looking back on it, I’m very happy with everything which has happened. I’ve grown a lot personally and am looking forward to 2007.

Vodori has finished its first year in business and things are looking very bright for the future. Our non-compete expired November 18th of 2006 which allows Vodori to renew our relationships with former clients we had while working at Fair Isaac. We are all very excited to have the opportunity to work with our former clients as well as continuing to grow and build our existing relationships. This year Vodori will be focusing on building our business, hiring new employees, opening an official office in Chicago and continuing to expand our footprint in the online space.

Personally, things have been going amazing as well. I have purchased a new condo in East Lakeview which is very close to Wrigleyville. I’m now living in an amazing neighborhood and have met some great people in the area. I think I’d have to say I’m the happiest that I have ever been right now. There are some certain people out there that have made me extremely happy (yeah, you know who you are!). I’ve also been so fortunate to meet people who have been watching out for me while also being great role models and amazing friends. Thanks Larry! I’ve also met some great people through some volunteer work I’ve been doing. I have been volunteering with the Lakeview Citizens Council which works to improve the quality of life in the area along with Triangle Neighbors Association. These friends have really opened up their families and friends to me. THANKS guys!

Christmas was celebrated with my family including the whole Splinter gang (my cousins, aunt, and uncle). It was a lot of fun. They really are a great group of people and I’m so happy to be a part of their family as well. See below for some pictures from Christmas and Christmas Eve.

Next year, I’m looking to visit my sister in Barcelona Spain which should be amazing! I guess this means I’m going to have to polish up my Spanish! I have never been to Spain before and now that my sister has been there for a while, she’ll be able to show me around to all the sweet places. It’ll be the highlight of my year I’m sure. I know she has been having an absolute blast there so it’ll be fun.
